As explained in About Cast, our only aim is to bring together like-minded individuals to see if we can get better at helping other businesses by spending a little time on growing and supporting ourselves.
We are currently using the simple fixed structure of a monthly meeting, at the same venue every month. At the meeting, the simple facilitation tool of small workgroups is used to see what people want to talk about, to get help on and take value from.
