Cast is all about getting better at helping the business community we’re all so passionate about supporting and growing, by spending a little time on growing and supporting ourselves.
We’re working out exactly how we wish to work together. In the meantime, all Cast aims to do is to bring together people who agree to interact with each other according to a common set of principles/values:

Cast is for business, management and organisational consultants, business coaches and business advisors. What we all have in common is a desire to get better at helping clients understand and improve their businesses.
We also aim to be as inclusive as possible via a positive approach to meeting new people including other types of coaches and consultants (marketing, sales, IT, HR etc), but our current focus is on consulting and coaching business owners and managers around business, management, leadership and organisational issues.
Cast is for individuals. It’s fine if you belong to an organisation; but you represent yourself, and your commitment to the Brighton and Sussex business community.
